For new versions of TechView, installation can be
accomplished by running the installation from the new version on top of the
existing version (example, upgrading from V11.0 SP3 to V12.1 would be
accomplished by installing V12.1 on top of V11.0 SP3).

TechView software changes:
• Corrected and uninstall problem with computers configured
for a foreign language. The uninstall
